SAUNA

Ours is not your run of a mill sauna - it is a story of patience, tradition, love and resourcefulness.
I am from Estonia where the sauna culture is part of our national identity. Our saunas are places for meeting, connecting, cleansing, healing and sharing stories.
Our sauna was built by my brother and some good friends, using largely reclaimed and handcrafted materials.
β
It has a large front room overlooking reed beds, a cosy changing room and a traditional hot room.
β
The sauna fits up to 8 people. We offer 3 daily 2 hour sessions, at midday, afternoon and evening, which gives you plenty of time to enjoy the sauna, relax in the front room, take a breather, have some refreshments and a catch up, or perhaps even celebrate a special occasion.

How to find us:
We’re at the end of the left fork off New Quay Lane in Melton. Our car park fits 4-5 cars.
If you’re coming on foot then it’s worth noting that the lane is often flooded, especially in winter. Wellies, crocs or similar footwear would be useful for walking through.

What to bring & other useful BITS:
Please bring swimwear, towels and drinking water. Refreshments and snacks are welcome in the front room. Please take all your rubbish with you.
There is a compost toilet next to the sauna and also a cold shower outside.
It’s a couple of minutes walk from our glamping car park through the reeds which is a magical experience on its own.
